RHP Dawson Brown then closed the game to earn his fifth save of the year, allowing just one run on five hits in two innings to close the door. Georgia Tech was led at the plate by a bases-clearing triple in the third by Drew Compton.
Chandler Simpson rounded out the multi-hit performances with two knocks, while Kevin Parada also drove in a run by legging out a two-out infield single. Louisville was led by Brandon Anderson, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI.
